“Budgets – Why & How”
Your fourth training session will focus on the topic of “Budgets.” During this 30+ minute session, we will discuss why you need to have a budget and how to get started on your budget.
Budgets allow companies to have a financial roadmap for business operations. Without this roadmap, you can get lost which will impact your profit potential.
Creating a budget for your business will provide a guideline for expected income and expenses and enable you to compare your anticipated financial goals with the actual numbers. In essence, it will serve as a barometer for how your business is performing, by department, in your business. It also will enable you to plan ahead and determine any changes that should be considered.
