Are you using any SGI manufacturer partners? Did you add a new supplier or account number? 2021 is quickly coming to a close and it is important to have your Preferred Partner Collection Forms (PPCF) up-to-date. Without a PPCF on file, the manufacturer cannot identify your distributors and pay your rebates.
The following SGI Partners require a PPCF to be on file within the quarter that the purchases are made. To qualify for Q4 2021 rebates, complete the PPCFs by December 31.

- Bradford White: 3.5% Rebate
- A.O. Smith: $10.50 to $28 Rebate
- Noritz: $14 Rebate
- InSinkErator: 2.1% Rebate
- leakSMART: 2.1% Rebate
- Mansfield Plumbing: 3.5% Rebate
- Canature/Novo: 3.5% Rebate
Electrical
- Siemens: 3.5% Rebate
- USI Electric: 2.8% Rebate
Confirm your information is up to date by downloading the PPCF Report found under the Reports Menu on the Partner Network Portal on YourSGIHUB. If distributor or account information needs to be updated, fill out the forms electronically from the individual resource pages found under Partner Connections. Click here for instructions.
