On-Site training is offered by the Consumer Products Division to all AirTime 500 locations to help enhance Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sales and increase IAQ knowledge to owners, technicians, comfort advisors and installers.
Consumer Products Division commits to:
- Providing a customized action plan
- Providing a list of on-line training including quizzes
- Providing on-site training
- Includes a ride along with a technician after the on-site training session
- Provide a 90-day inventory protection program
- Develop tech contests
